Can Microneedling be Painful?

Anaesthetic cream is used in combination with a peeling scrub to ensure treatment feels as pleasant as possble.  Treatment is painless; the needle only penetrates the very top layer of skin, consisting mostly of dead skin cells.

How Long Before I see Results?

Typically, you will see results after the first treatment.  Lasting and more significant results will occur after 4 to 6 treaments.  Your skin will continue to improve, with results still visible over the next 6-12 months after a course of treatments, when combined with the recommended post treatment care.

How Often Should you have a Microneedling Treatment?

For best results, it is recommend patients undergo 4-6 treatments, depending on the indication and with intervals of 4-8 weeks.  After this, annual refresher treatments to maintain results should suffice.  I will advise you what is best for your skin.
